Nail Can Hill Run Preview - 5km walk & walk run group.

Saturday March 12

Take some of the fear factor out of the Nail Can Hill Run by completing a short section of the course at an introductory level. The goal is for people to have a positive experience in a non intimidating environment 


Meeting at the Cnr of Centaur Rd & Mudge St - Departing 7am

2 Groups will be formed 

Walking - Led by Ant Packer of Parklands Albury Wodonga

Walk / Jog - Led by Brendan Murray of Parklands Albury Wodonga 

The walk group is estimated to take up to 90 mins. 

The route will follow the Ridge Trail as it does in the actual event. A short loop will be formed to visit the stunning view at the lookout and beautiful scenery at Reedy Dam

Please bring food and water to carry.

The 40th Nail Can Hill Run is on the 1st May 2016.

The 2016 Nail Can Hill Run will be the 40th year anniversary of this high profile annual fun run held in the Albury/Wodonga region.

In 2010, the Rotary Club of Albury West assumed responsibility for the organisation of the event which will continue in 2016. In line with our vision to support local groups we are pleased to announce that all profits raised from the event in 2016 will go to a local community groups.

In the past five years RCAW has been pleased to contribute almost $300,000 to local organisations from funds raised by NCHR

Not quite up to the Full Nail Can Run of 11.3KM. Now we have the Ramsay 1/2 Can!

The 1/2 Can is a little under 4.3 KM and starts and ends at Bonnie Doon Park. This run is aimed at the young runners or someone who wants to work up to the Full Nail Can Hill Run.
